I am also looking at templates, many are available from a lot of online resources.
Some already have JAVA/PERL/CGI forms and some MySql database options.

Some websites that are similar to what we have in mind are listed below.
Not as big or online. We just wish to promote upcoming and current Auctions of
Real Estate to the Public with a password protected area for RE Agents ...where
they can communicate with the company and each other on a Blog, plus download
forms, data etc as needed.
